Our client provides outsourced services, both FCA regulated and unregulated, to a range of major retail organisations and required a comprehensive review of its risk assessment in the areas of Governance, Culture and Control, the three so called ‘Cornerstones of Risk’ the FCA require to be synchronised, to achieve best practice.

Compliancy Services conducted this review, in conjunction with the client’s in-house Compliance Team and the resulting report gave a structure to the terms of reference for board, committee and operational meetings, suggested agendas, required attendees and a route map of the destinations of the minuted outcomes. This provided the senior management team with comprehensive management information enabling them to identify the best performing areas and sufficient warnings of where potential risks may appear and reduced the number of meetings by providing better information management.
