Compliancy Services strengthens Capital Markets team

Compliancy Services, one of the UK's leading providers of regulatory compliance consulting and regtech services, has announced that Dimitrios Sachinidis has joined as a Consultant in its Capital Markets team. Dimitrios joins from ACA Compliance where he spent the last three years providing FCA compliance consulting services to a portfolio of clients in sectors that included hedge funds, private equity and corporate finance.

Dimitrios joins Compliancy Services at an exciting time, having just re-launched its suite of service solutions for firms in Capital Market sectors that include Asset Management; Broker Dealers & Traders; Corporate Finance; Crowdfunding; FinTech; Infrastructure; Investment Management; P2P Lending; Private Equity; Venture Capital; and Wealth Management. Many firms use a specialist consultancy firm to enhance and strengthen their compliance capabilities and Compliancy Services offers a genuinely fresh approach which firms are finding compelling.

Dimitrios is a legally trained compliance consultant and prior to working with the consulting team at ACA Compliance he worked as an Associate for Compliance Operations at Mirabella Group, the multi-award-winning regulatory hosting platform.
