Client Director

You're probably working in a big consultancy with a proven business development track record and are seeking more responsibility, including full P&L accountability. You may want greater autonomy, to spend more time working with your clients’ boards or to work more closely with the regulator.  Perhaps you even feel that compliance is becoming technology enabled and your current role does not provide you with the regtech tools you would like to deliver the best client solutions.

Our Client Directors are empowered to lead, enhance and grow key areas of our business. Specialists in the application of regulations in specific sectors and with robust leadership, business development, consulting and interpersonal skills, they are directly involved in building our service offerings and market strategies, leading new consultancy and regtech service developments and coaching colleagues to ensure we deliver outstanding client service experiences. 

Senior Consultant

If you are seeking new challenges and the opportunity to broaden your career, Compliancy Services may be the perfect fit. You'll probably a compliance, risk or GRC consultant with at least three years’ experience advising and delivering client solutions, and seeking your next challenge within a flexible working and supportive environment.  Perhaps you want the chance to broaden your skills, be more engaged with the regulators, have greater autonomy and more exposure to technology that is changing the compliance sector.

As one of our consultants, you will work in specific sectors or as a subject matter specialist, and with the responsibility for the development of new and existing client relationships. With regular 'C' suite and regulator engagement, you'll be using your creativity and knowledge to develop new consultancy and regtech services and market strategies. Consultant

You'll be responsible for your own client portfolio, working in a supportive and progressive environment that enables ambitious consultants to refine their consulting skills and demonstrate their aptitude for building strong client and regulator relationships. By empowering our consultants, we encourage and help them to enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities so that they make a difference to our firm and our clients. As well as managing your client portfolio you will also be involved in winning new clients, in the expansion of our client and service strategies and helping to shape our regtech services.

 

Project Support Consultant 

This key support function provides a real opportunity to apply and enhance your regulatory compliance knowledge and build consulting skills. You'll work with our Client Project Directors and Consultants to deliver outstanding client experiences and outcomes. Helping clients navigate a new FCA application, assist with the construction of policies, procedures and other key compliance documents, such as regulatory business plans, and get involved with projects that help clients meet their regulatory obligations.  Gain significant variety and exposure to different sectors and direct involvement helping clients solve real life challenges and realise opportunities.
