Starting at Compliancy Services in 2007, Jenny took a position as Sales and Marketing Administrator, assisting the directors of the firm with taking sales calls and updating the website and analysing the data gained from Google.
"I quickly learnt the training system that the firm had in place for customers and took control and responsibility for the project management of updating this system."
In 2009, Jenny became involved in the application process, supporting senior consultants in all areas of financial services, ensuring that the application files were put together correctly and that all documentation was in place. This gave her exposure to the whole of the financial market, whilst in this role she was supported by the firm in obtaining CISI Qualifications. With the change in the market and the consumer credit market being regulated by the FCA, she quickly took control of putting together applications for clients and became a team leader, providing mentoring and support to a new team of project consultants.
"The firm provides monthly training sessions on all areas which I have taken and led, to ensure the teams knowledge is up to date at all times. I have also been involved in internal products, updating our system with replacement systems and product development tools, which has seen me learn new skills and develop my role substantially."
More recently, Jenny has become part of the RegTech team, taking an active role in developing our AR Monitor Service (Appointed Representatives) from a concept to implementation, working through challenges as the idea developed over time and helping senior managers with taking the service market.
