We're looking for graduates to join our Professional Development Programme, working in our Central Operations team, the ‘engine room’ of our business.

You’ll be joining one of the UK's leading providers of compliance consultancy and regtech services. An award winning company that helps firms that are subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority to become authorised, manage their ongoing compliance and regulatory obligations and empower their staff with focused compliance training. In the past three years we’ve experienced over 30% growth year on year and we have more than 800 clients relying on our ongoing compliance support and guidance.

  • A desire to work in a consulting environment and a hunger to succeed in becoming a compliance expert, managing, supporting and building relationships with clients including business development

  • An appreciation of, and an appetite to understand and learn about the UK financial regulatory environment

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in a business, finance or law related subject at 2:1 or above

  • A commitment to continued professional development and the desire to attain further qualifications such as those offered by the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment/the International Compliance Association 

  • A strong interest in financial services and, ideally, some experience or knowledge working within a financial services or professional consulting practice

  • Outstanding levels of professionalism, integrity, interpersonal and time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
