We're looking for two additional graduates to join our Central Operations team, the ‘engine room’ of our business. 

You’ll be joining one of the UK's leading providers of compliance consultancy and regtech services. An award winning company that helps firms that are subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority to become authorised, manage their ongoing compliance and regulatory obligations and empower their staff with focused compliance training. In the past three years we’ve experienced over 30% growth year on year and we have more than 800 clients relying on our ongoing compliance support and guidance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will have a degree or postgraduate qualification in a business, finance or law related subject and a strong interest in financial services. Whilst not essential, experience working in one of specialist sectors would be an advantage.

THE ROLE

  • Get involved with projects that help clients become authorised and to meet their regulatory obligations, ensuring we provide outstanding client service experiences. 

  • Gain early responsibility and exposure to financial regulation and its practical application

  • Experience a variety of different projects and financial services sectors

  • Provide research to support the development of our service proposition and to win new clients
