We’re looking for a Client Director to lead, enhance and grow our City Markets Practice.  A specialist in the application of regulations in sectors that include Asset and Fund Management, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Broker Dealers including Matched Principle Brokers and Execution Only Brokers and those involved in OTC and exchange based transactions, Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Contracts for Difference.

You’ll be joining one of the UK's leading providers of compliance consultancy and regtech services.  An award winning company that helps firms that are subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority to become authorised, manage their ongoing compliance and regulatory obligations and empower their staff with focused compliance training.  In the past three years we’ve experienced over 30% growth year on year and we have more than 800 clients relying on our ongoing compliance support and guidance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will have at least five years’ consultancy experience probably gained working in a larger consultancy and a proven business development track record.  You are likely to be seeking more responsibility and greater autonomy, to spend more time working with your clients’ boards or to work more closely with the regulator. Perhaps you even feel that compliance is becoming technology enabled and your current role does not provide you with the regtech tools you would like to deliver the best client solutions.

THE ROLE 

  • Full P&L responsibility for our City Markets Practice

  • Build service offerings and market strategies to help us achieve profitable growth

  • Manage and develop a team of consultants to ensure we deliver outstanding client service experiences

  • Use your creativity to help us shape new and innovative consultancy and regtech enabled services
