Our free TCF assessment is for firms that want to ensure they are able to meet the FSA's requirements to treat their customers fairly.  The rate of enforcement action being taken by the FSA against firms that can not demonstrate that they are treating their customers fairly is very high, and so all firms need to ensure they are compliant.
