The course addresses all of the 43 Core Knowledge Areas of the National Occupational Standards for Compliance Officers as defined by the FSSC (Financial Services Skills Council), and then goes significantly beyond this level to provide much broader practical training on how a compliance officer should carry our their role.

The training is delivered via a suite of web based e-learning courses, workbooks and resources, which are all supported by online multiple choice assessments. All of the material may be taken as many times as desired during the course period. Students successfully completing all the assessments will receive a certificate to reflect their achievement. Each learning module takes between one and two hours and trainees have three months in which to complete the course.
