Our Healthcheck service is for such companies. Our approach is to get to know your business and compliance systems. We evaluate the relevance of the compliance processes to the business and the degree to which they are being used. We provide a report to the board containing a clear summary of the position, a detailed analysis, and most importantly an action plan of the corrective actions required to regain a compliant status

On all occasions we use our proprietary structured audit methodology to ensure that we have reviewed all necessary areas. Our audits consist of a combination of management and staff interviews, desk study document reviews, process audits and file audits to provide a complete picture.
